Terms and Conditions

All appointments must be made 24 hours in advance. If you purchased from a partner site, your appointment must be requested for an available time slot listed on the calendar. Appointments will be made in the order that they are recieved. If any rules are broken at anytime during your appointment or if artwork is damaged you will be asked to leave regardless of participation status of the activities. Additional and uogrades supplies aee available upon requeat or purchase and should not bw accessed without a staff members assistance. You will not be refunded if you are injured in an Activity. Refunds are available for people who have not participated but purchased a ticket directly from the site. We cannot refund tickets from partner sites. Requests ahould be made to the site purchased. Please allow up to 24hrs hours to recieve a requested appointment confirmation. Please call, text, email reschedule requests no less than 1 hour before your appointment. Failure to do so can result in a no show. 2 or more no shows result on blocking from making a new appointment on the website. By purchasing, signing a waiver, and participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
